OUR MISSION
At myfitteds, we strive to exceed and accomplish one goal, and that is to offer the most eclectic selection of custom caps in the galaxy. Our humble beginnings on Main Street in Paterson, NJ resulted from offering our customers never before seen colorways on headwear which transcends time.
We believe that a quality hat starts with quality materials and then comes the design. The vendors that we collaborate with also have firm roots in producing quality headwear. Whether it is a Yankees cap in Mets colors or LA Lakers Cap in Boston Celtics colors, we provide some of the most exclusive and the more vibrant colorways.
SHIPPING, COSTS & DELIVERY
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days after being placed. Due to COVID and the current pandemic, we are experiencing further delays in shipping. Weekends do not count as business days as we are closed. Therefore, if you place your order on a Friday, it will ship the following week.

All unclaimed and returned/refused packages will be subject to additional shipping charges to get the package shipped out again. It is critical to keep up with updates on the tracking information on your order confirmation page and be available for the receipt of the package.
Any customs fees, VAT and fees associated with importing goods is solely responsible by the customer.
Please note that international orders MUST be paid for by PayPal with a confirmed shipping address.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive 2 notifications after you place your order. The first is the order confirmation. Secondly, once after your order ships, you will either receive a text message or email with your order tracking number. Tracking information is unavailable right away so please give the carriers at least 24 hours to update their systems. You can also log in to your account to view your order history and track your order status.
If in the event your order is returned by the carrier due to: Insufficient address, recipient unavailable, incorrect address, recipient moved, the original and return shipping costs from the order will be deducted from the refund.
Refusals will incur a 20% re-stocking fee in addition to the original and return shipping costs,
TAX
We do not charge tax on all orders placed on our site.
ARE SHOES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
No, they are not. We do not sell shoes on myfitteds.com. We picture the hat with the shoes intentionally as a means to portray the matching factor.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and more. Please note that all orders MUST ship to your billing address for security reasons. If you need to ship to another address (i.e. work) please use PayPal.
RETURNS
Due to health and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. If you received the wrong item or size please refer to our return policy.
SECURITY
myfitteds.com utilizes state of the art 128/256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that uses the most secure and up-to-the-minute encryption available in commercial transactions today. All personal information before being sent through the Internet is encrypted to enhance security so that it cannot be read by a third party while in transit. As a result orders are securely placed.
PAYMENT ISSUES
- Your card is valid, not expired and available for use
- You have ample funds in your account to complete the transaction
- Your billing address and information (where you receive statements) is verified and correct
Nonetheless, when you come across a error message or if your order is unaccepted after clicking on the Place order button, you will still see the authorization remaining on your account. However, the authorization will drop automatically within the next 3-5 business days. It is imperative to click on the Place Order button once. Subsequent clicks will result in duplicate and multiple orders.
ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
We strive on getting our products to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled and or modified as order processing is handled in real time as placed. Therefore, it is imperative to proofread your order and double check for any errors before placing it. If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Due to unforeseen circumstances, stock issues, system glitches and etc. orders some items may not be available for shipment. We inspect every hat before shipment to ensure the item(s) is free of damage. In addition, due to technical glitches or other unforeseeable issues, we may not be able to fulfill your order.Should such events occur, we will contact you via telephone or text so that we can inform you of the order situation. If no substitute item is wanted, then we will issue a refund. In the event that an order placed is partially available, we will ship the in-stock items and issue a credit for the rest.
Please keep in mind that all refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for processing. Credits can take up to 2 billing cycles to show on your statement even though it has been processed.
Re-Stocks are done on a rare basis. Regularly stocked items will be re-stocked at any given time. Since our shipments are random, it is impossible to tell exact when or which items may get re-stocked. It is important to stay updated by connecting with us through our newsletter and on Instagram.
